Methodology & data honesty
Where the data comes from
- Ad footprint
- Google Ads Transparency Center, queried per destination domain, region = anywhere, all time. Captured 2026-08-03. Counts are ad creatives, not spend or impressions.
- Advertiser entities
- Google's identity-verified advertiser names shown on each creative. This snapshot records first-page entities per domain.
- Affiliate terms
- Official program pages, help centers and network listings (Impact, Awin, FirstPromoter, Tapfiliate, Refersion) — fetched and quoted 2026-08-03. Rates are quoted verbatim; when a program does not publish a number, we write "not published" instead of guessing.
Known limits
- Only advertisers Google has identity-verified appear; Meta/TikTok-only advertisers are invisible here. The roadmap adds Meta Ad Library as a second source.
- "≈ N ads" figures are Google's own approximations and include inactive creatives.
- FundedNext currently publishes two different Gold/Platinum rates on two official pages (12/15% vs 15/18%). We show both and flag the conflict rather than pick one.
- This beta is a static snapshot of 22 projects. The production version refreshes on a schedule and tracks first-seen / last-seen per advertiser.
Commercial disclosure
Some "Apply" links may become referral links, which can earn AffSonar a commission at no cost to you. Commercial relationships never change the data: commission figures, ad counts and rules are collected the same way for every program, and no placement in tables or rankings is for sale. If a listing is ever sponsored, it will be visibly labelled.
Roadmap
- Scheduled crawl → database → static pages (no on-demand scraping, no waiting).
- Advertiser timelines: when an entity started and stopped promoting each project.
- Alerts: "a new advertiser started running ads for project X", "program Y changed its commission".
- Meta Ad Library integration and landing-page capture.
